Some people lack posting inhibitions. Point proven.

Yup. Just be glad this particular thread doesn't involve the rupturing of a cyst in someone's ass crack (remember that horrific thread?)

Do they sell chicory root extract by itself? It clearly has the potential to rival Dave's Insanity hot sauce or Ex-Lax brownies for *ahem* payback issues.

It's a common ingredient in coffee so I wouldn't think it too unheard of.

I don't know about common. Luzianne is the only brand I remember seeing with it. Back in the day it was used as a cheap extender, and is said to remove bitterness, but I never found my pure coffee bitter.

Alright, if I eat stuff with 'high fiber' I'm usually farting all fucking day. Maybe shitting too. They're not very productive shits. I feel like a fucking sheep. But who knows.

Does that ever fucking end or if you just eat a lot of fiber you're basically shittin' and fartin' all day everyday for the rest of your life? Maybe I'm doing confirmation bias on the shitting part, but I definitely increase my fart outtake!

instead of eating fiber-one bars, move to unprocessed fiber direct from meal choices. dark bread, oatmeal, bean sources, vegetables, etc.

I've heard that chicory was/is used to "mellow" the flavor of some roast coffees, but others that I know who are coffee freaks tell me that it originally was used as a simple filler, the gourmet angle being used later as it allowed companies to do more with less.

I don't know, I don't drink coffee at all and know that taste is highly subjective.

An "extract" is usually a stronger, more chemically dense version of non-extract mediums though, right? To put it another way, I've yet to hear about this chicory produced gastrointestinal fallout from someone who drank a cup of Cafe du Monde.
