"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!!!!???" He asks.

The wife turns to the neighbor and says. "See, I TOLD you he was stupid!"
 
You just have to add in some sort of ethnicity, to really make it come alive. Like a "Ukranian guy" or something to that effect.
Great joke though. I always seem to laugh the hardest at the dumb ones. 😀
