Eating it right now, Yummy!

INGREDIENTS:

Ramen noodle (1 bag)
Frozen green beans (2 oz)
Frozen sweet corns (2 oz)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Scrambled eggs (2-3, but keep only 1 yolk unless you don't mind cholesterol)

METHOD:
1. dump everything except the eggs into boiling water, let them cook for 4-5 min
3. pour scrambled eggs to it
4. cook for another 30-60 sec and it's ready to serve!

I like Ramen noodles with mixed veggies, perhaps ill have to try throwing some egg in there.

I love eggs! A delicious, cheap source of high quality protein

um... thx for the effort but i dont know about cooking ramen noodles till they become 'flat'... just me i guess 🙂

for the ramen-eaters out there.....have you tried any of the good ramen they sell at asian-grocery stores? it's usually a little over $1. still cheap, but tastes MUCH better than the crap you get at an american grocery store.

Actually, I tried both. Main grocers' ramen (Muruchan, Nissin brands) are not bad at all. I think they're made by asian companies in the US.

haha we should definately start a cooking site. "Cooking for Geeks" or something. I'll have to work on the formatting when I have some free time...I've seen some other recipes floating around here that look pretty good, and I have some good ones too that are pretty easy to make.
