is there a freeware one or shareware? I want to install NTFS but don't want to have to reformat
 
Do a "search" for Partition Magic on "Hot Deals" forum. I just bought Ver. 4.0 for $11.50 plus shipping. It is the older program (it doesn't support Win2K but can make a partition within Win98 for it) that can also be upgraded to the latest (Ver. 6.0) for $29.95 from PowerQuest.
