None of the 915p motherboards will overclock well. Some are a little better than others but all of them are limited in the fsb you can run. To seriously oc an lga775 you need a 925xe chipset which doesn't support ddr1. I have an Abit AG8 and I did manage to run a 3.6es cpu at 4.25ghz with it. The highest fsb I got was 265 and that is with a scsi hdd and ati video card. If you run sata hdd's and nvidia video cards then you won't get that high. I have an Asus P5AD2 Premium right now and am still limited to around 265-270fsb. I just ordered a 925xe chipset Abit AA8XE so I can finally use my cpu to it's limits.
