A good gaming Monitor

Hi there,

I've been looking around for some time now. And i cant decide what kind of a monitor i want.
These are the one i am currently leaning towards:

I play all sorts of games, not only FPS. My max budget is € 230,-.

Out of these 3, i am most excited about the LG E2370V, even tho it has 8ms. But there is no review out yet, so i dont know what to expect.

If anyone could help me out on this 😀

I have the W2363D which I think is great because of the 0 input lag and 120hz, however it depends on what you mean by "good gaming monitor". If you mean something as close to a CRT as possible so you can play your fps without lag/blur then basically you can throw out all non 120hz monitors right away. If on the other hand you play slow games and want really good viewing angles and colours then none of the 120hz screens is for you as they all have TN panels.

If you decide you are a 120hz monitor person then obviously there's more then the LG W2363D to consider. That one is good because it really does have 0 input lag, 120hz and very low ghosting. Colours are also fine if a touch cold but the stand, and buttons are rubbish.
 
O snap i have to decide like right now 😱. I just got a call from the company who assembled my computer😛, its ready xD. And i still dont know what to get.

Well i play all sort of games, in the future mostly Diablo 3 and The Old Republic tho. But Left 4 dead 2 and such will still be on my list.
 
I'm an IPS guy so Iwould say get the Dell U2311H. 120hz is nice for fps games but for me colors are more important.
 
I would go for the Lg 2363d. I have a samsung 2233rz and its great for gaming at 120hz. The colors are fine. IPS monitors are nice but for gaming it is not a big deal as you will be looking straight at it.
 
He thanks for the help. But i've decided to take the Samsung PX2370, since i had to decide fast.

It's a great monitor so far, great colors, and no ghosting for me. I am happy ^^.
 
If it is a 23" you are looking for, my only recommendation would be the Samsung Syncmaster BX2331. I got one, and it is great.
