A GOOD FIREWALL?

Can u all pls list me some free/shareware firewalls that are good and wont hog my system resouces like Sygate persoanl firewall did. I have used theses are there anymore good ones?:
Norton
Zone Alarm
Tiny PF
Kerio
McAfee
BlackIce sucks-- WWW.GRC.COM

CHX-I is the best windows packet filter I've seen, and it's free.

This firewall is not free.

However for $39- $20 rebate=$19, it does not take even 1% of your CPU resources.
