I need a machine for a consumer that is not going to break on me with a DVD drive in it. IT does not need a kick ass anything, it just needs to be reliable and NOT an e-machine.

Currently I came across a micron machine at pczoneThe Link

It is
Micron Millennia RS2110 MiniTower
Celeron? processor 700MHz, 64MB RAM, 30GB HDD, 12X DVD, 8X4X32X CDRW, 56K Modem, Win ME.

$649.

Is this an acceptable quality machine? Any known issues?

I don't know how the graphics chipset would perform since it's intel 810 based. the tech specs on the site says max resolution of 1028x768? kinda weak. the computer would be a lot better with say 128megs of ram and a better video solution like the Radeon which has hardware dvd decoding.
