A good cooling setup?

I recently finished putting together my new computer, and was wondering what the best setup in terms of cooling would be? I'd like to do a mild overclock (Increasing the FSB to 200) but keep the temps at a pretty low level. If possible, I'd prefer to go with quiet case fans for the most such as Vantec Stealth's , but am not sure whether this is feasable or if I'd have to replace my stock HSF. My case has, currently, one side 80mm fan as an intake. I have room for two more 80mm fans in the back, one 80mm on top, and a front 120mm fan.

My setup is, roughly:

-AMD XP 2500+ Barton-core, with stock HSF.
-BioStar M7NCD Pro
-Kingston HyperX RAM, 512MB

Suggestions?

P.S: My normal operating temp is around 48C, although I've seen up to 52 under heavy load (i.e. Prime95)
