A good, cheap, 64 bit non-sli mobo

No of SATA ports ?
Budget?
Overclocking?

The DFI NF4-Ultra-D is a cracking board but I'm guessing it's out of your price range?
 
I need pci express, minimal overclocking, and 4 sata ports maybe. Also something that could handle dual core processors when tthey come out
 
I would probably go for an NForce4 board, probably one of the Nforce4 Ultra boards. (ultra adds Gigabit LAN, NVFirewall - worthless as it's crap, and S-ATA 2.0).
