i have a .pcf file that is from linux and i want to use it in the windows operating system. Is there a way to convert a .pcf to a font that is recognizable by Windows? Perhaps .ttf or .fon?

ohh man... sigh.. finally did it. Converting linux fonts to Windows fonts are big pains in the ass... jeez. If you guys need help with a problem like this, PM me.
