1. How many times can you reinstall Vista Home Premium 32bit OEM before you have to buy a new copy?

Your copy of Vista is linked to the MB of your computer. You can install it on that computer as many times as you like.

2. How many times can you reinstall Office 2007 OEM before you can buy a new copy?

You can install it on the same computer as many times as you like.

3. To boot from the Vista DVD, do I just put it in while I'm in Vista, then don't run turn the computer off, then turn it on again?

Yes, as long as your optical drive is set as the first boot device in the BIOS boot order which is generally the default.

4. I lost my product key, and Windows says it must be re-entered since it's already in use by someone else.... but that other user is ME. How do I get Windows to understand this? Contact MS?

Yes, call MS.

5. Can I have two different product keys registered to the same computer?

Yes.

You may want to consider taking a basic computer skills class.

When you turn on your computer (before windows loads) there should be an option to hit a key to enter SETUP (usually F1 or DEL key) ... you might have to hit ESC first to hide any welcome picture that is set up.

Hit the key and when you're in SETUP, look for an option for boot device priority. Set your optical drive as a higher priority than the HDD and you're set.
