A few questions before purchasing a 9700 PRO

Before I go ahead and purchase, is the the card I want HERE i.e. is this an "official" ATI brand card?, and not a powered by card? Also, even though $271 with FREE shipping seems like a pretty good price, is now a good time to buy?, or would it be worth it to hold off a couple more weeks? i.e are prices expected to lower any in the next couple weeks. And finally, has anyone ever purchased from ocsystem.com? Are they a quality store?

Personally, I would stay away. You should be able to count on price reductions on the 9700 Pro after the release of R350.
