a few questions about about amazon prime.

hi all. i just got the deal of amazon prime +$100 toys at amazon from the customer vote scheme.i have not yet signed up for it so i'd like to ask a few questions about it.

does it apply to a particular address only and what happens if i move (as i plan to move in jan)
is it restricted to a particular credit card which i specify in the beginning or can i use any credit card i have. i as k cuz my credit card does not have a lot of credit so i may use my bros or dads (with their permission of course )

ok one last question. if i were to share my amazon prime membership with my family will they be restricted into shipping to one address only (i ask cuz my family is spread all over the US and i don't live the same house as many of them.)
