1) If you ask me to do something for you that takes 1/2 of my day, do not tell me after it's complete that you liked it better the way I already had it.

2) If you have a problem, tell me the truth. Don't say you didnt do something when I can tell by the code on your website that you clearly did.

3) If you submit a request for support, give me details. You didn't purchase, nor have we developed the "Mind Reader" application.

4) Do not ever use the word unacceptable and try to blame me when it's your fault.

5) Avoid ending all your emails with "Please Advise"

3) Agreed, client should to be clear and upfront to get the job done right the first time, quit worrying about feelings for the most part and just do what it takes to get the job done.
