I do that in photoshop.
It's really easy.
You just go to hue/saturation. Click the dropdown menu and select Greens.
Then you use the eyedropper+ tool and select all the colors you want to desaturate.
Then you move the saturation slider all the way to zero.
Then you'll be left with the blue!

Wow...nice pics.

How are lens bought off of eBay? Normally I wouldn't ever consider buying used camera parts (especially lenses) but you got a great deal there.

They're all like new actually. Well it's cosmetically worn. But other than that, the image quality seems like it's as good as it was new.

Yep especially the late 60s one I have. The new plastic ones have crap build quality though.

The cheap lenses is very attractive, but reviews haven't given the Pentax cameras themselves the greatest rating. Specifically the DS gives image that only look average in JPEG mode (much better in Raw). This is a non-starter for me, I don't want to have to process every image in RAW mode, sometimes I want to just use auto and let the camera do its job. So how have you found the JPEG mode to perform?

Cute cat, btw.

JPG is fine 99% of the time.
All of the cat pics are taken with JPG.
So is the camaro and the flower pic.

Pentax cameras do have great ratings. DPReview is the only site that complained about the JPG.. I personally think they overexaggerated the issue.
Anyways, I think the much superior viewfinder, build quality, and LCD makes up for it.
The *ist DS is made out of high quality polycarbonate instead of plain plastic.
The LCD is the same grade as the full format dSLRs from canon and nikon. It has twice as many pixels as the 350XT and D70.
Lastly the *ist DS has mirror lockup, which is extremely useful for those long exposure telephotos.

nice shots. i'm guessing you did a lot of post-processing as well, correct? the selective coloring feature looks like something you tried in the camaro shot.

you have some great skills there :)
