A Dumb CS:S Admin

Just a little rant but I was playing on a CS:S server little while ago and a Admin kicks and bans me because they thought I was hacking. I'd understand if I was 20 and 0 but I was like 15 and 5. Well the admin decides to play and I kill him one time and another guy in the same round that said I was hacking and next thing I know I am kicked and banned from the server. It ain't often I run into admins like this but its a shame ppl are like this. I been playing CS:S for years and I can tell when someone is about to cut the corner just by there footsteps. I use headphones to boot which helps. Some ppl just don't realize there are good CS players that hear for certain sounds. Sometimes I'll stop for a few seconds if I think someone might be around the corner just to see if I can hear anything.

Just wish I could have told the Admin(and the other dude) off before he did it. I guess they just allow newbs in there. Owell just figured I would rant a little bit.

Anyone else run into Admins like this?

Not much to do. Its their server, if they want to be jackholes about it thats their right I guess. Just try to find another server that isn't run by retards.

my friend has been banned from several servers for going on streaks and reaching 6,7,8-1 and occasionally higher. his twitch reflexes are ridiculous

Yea. The line between real talent and hax is almost invisible to most people now. That reminds me of a time I was playing GunZ the Duel. I was first with a score of 20-22(give or take) and I was accused of haxoring. Lousy noobs.

yeah its just funny when someone is getting owned they just blame it on hacks. I guess it makes them feel better? Anyway I've had ppl own me at times and its crossed my mine but I've never accused anyone unless the hack they was using is very obvious. Some ppl have a bad way of hiding them but some are good at hiding them so its hard to catch them. But like I said I never accuse anyone unless its in plain sight.

I am an admin on a 24/7 Office server, and I always make a point to record demo of the hackers I ban and post them to our forums so there is never doubt -- anyone can go see the hacks in action for themself.

I frequently go on streaks like 25-5 or better, and I get accused of hacking all the time. Noobs just think automatically that good score = hacks. That's probably the worst thing about hackers is that the simple fact that they exist makes everyone suspicious of everyone else.

Yeah its easy to tell if someone is using an aimbot... but wallhacking is WAY more prevalent and its harder to be sure. As of now, there is no way to detect if people have made their textures transparent.

I have been banned from quite a few servers for "hacking".

I usually go and give them a piece of my mind if they have forums and then just forget about it. Easy enough to find a new server with less noobs on it.

heh I might check it out later if the ppl count go down some . Last time I checked it, it was 24 ppl. Thats way to many bullets flying around. I hope FF ain't on . I prefer no more than 16-20(tops) ppl total.

Its been like this from the begining with me. I learned early on to find good servers who recognize you and stay there. I don't have to worry about jackholes like the kind you speak of. Then again, I share a pub with my team.
