Diced potatoes.
Hot Italian Sausage

Preheat over to 425 degrees.
put sausages in a roasting pan and put in oven to cook out excess fat.
Nuke potatoes until slightly firm

on stove top, heat olive oil and satuee' onion and pepper until slightly soft. When sausages are done, slice to approx 1/4 inch thick. Add to pan with onions and peppers and then add potatoes. Stir. cook covered on medium heat until potatoes are just tender.

Scramble eggs, adding 2TBL milk.

Pour eggs over skillet ingredients. Do NOT stir, but level ingredients out so they are... well level. Cook on MED-HIGH heat for 1-2 minutes to 'set' eggs on bottom and sides.

Place skillet in oven and cook for approx 5-7 minutes until eggs are cooked thru. Remove from oven and let sit for approx 5 minutes before transferring to an extra large platter and cutting in pie slices. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Sounds yummy. I think I'm gonna try that this weekend. Thanks! :)

I might have to go with this suggestion.

Yumm ... Me too! :)

6 of them eat over next two days

4 of them make a tiny hole, drain innards = cool empty egg (maybe only 1-2 will be a success)

Make a bacteria farm with the rest...Jk...i dunno, but seriously, what a ridiculous question. What's next? "What pair of boxers should i wear tommorow, and can you smell my shirt for me and see if i can wear it again?"

In all reality you probably have over a week of time to use those eggs without noticing any difference.

If you really want to get rid of them, get the g/f over and do some baking.

More than that, actually. It's amazing how conservative expiration dates are.

I also drink milke 2 days after the "date",
my fridge is Cold, {34f} so your results may vary.

I went on a trip for a month once, and came back to find an almost-empty carton of milk with an expiration date three weeks ago or so. The milk smelled and tasted fine, so I drank it.

Milk has been a mixed bag for me. I've had milk that smelled bad before the exp date and milk that I drank a week after. In fact I just finished off a jug today that expired a couple days ago. Wasn't aware that eggs kept so well. For some reason I pay more attention to egg/dairy exp dates more than anything else. Had a bad experience with moldy yogurt when I was young too. Though I still eat it every day.
