Just because they expire in 2 days doesn't mean they'll instantly go bad. Trust me, overseas eggs take a lot longer to spoil. Just keep them refridgerated and they should last another week or so.

if you like hard boiled, then go with that

otherwise, eat fried eggs like you are in a concentration camp

They are still good for a while after the expiration date. If you are unsure put them in a glass of water. If it floats, toss it.

the eggs i have have a expiration date. no sell by date.

just make hard boiled eggs.

ahh a man who lives on the edge!

exp is sell by date. but once they get near that make sure u hard boil them just in case. no runnies..

heh i remember a scary 20/20 or dateline a while back investigating how supermarkets/warehouse eggs at the wrong temperature at times. there are specific temperatures they must be kept at ..and the pallets they tested were just left out too long😛

You could make different mini parachute boxes and place eggs inside and drop them from a high elevation. See which ones make it and which ones sadly did not.

Thats usually a sell by date, not a use by so you probably have 2-4 more weeks. Hard boiling is a good option, as is a breakfast omlette, but deviled eggs are the best.

they are ususally good for couple weeks after the sell by date. Dates are usually just require by the FDA on product cause it oral, same thing with toothpaste and drugs. Milk is a product you dont want to drink after the expiration date though.

"USDA advises:
Raw shell eggs in the carton can stay in your refrigerator for three to five weeks from the purchase date. Although the "Sell-By" date might pass during that time, the eggs are still safe to use."

Try one now to see weather it sinks or floats. When bad the opposite will happen. I know that I have used eggs at least a month after expiration and they were still good.

I know someone will suggest I save them for Halloween and throw stinky eggs at people/houses/cars/etc... not happening.

If I boil them all up will they last another week? Or should I eat nothing but eggs for the next two days? I'd rather they not go to waste. Though I probably should have thought of that sooner (like when I bought them 2 weeks ago).

im in ur kitchun hardboilin ur eggz
