Hi, Im looking to purchase a new 17" lcd monitor in a couple of weeks. I will be using it mostly for office and image editing tasks, so therefore i need good color reproduction, but I also occasionaly play games.
Things im looking for are:
-under $300
-16million colors 24bit
-20ms and under response time

Thanks

I don't think you'll be able to find that many lcd's for under 300, from what i've seen most seem to be priced at around 350 and up.

I'd reccomend sticking with a nice CRT if you have the space on your desk. I use the Dell M993 19in flat CRT at my work (2 actually in a dual monitor setup) and am satisfied so far with em (using about 1.5 months now).

$269 shipped

I hear sony's are nice also.

Ah Thanks guys!
That Acer looks good! But it sells for $679.98 (Here in Canada)
I have a 753DF right now, its a good monitor, but my school and job requires that I use a computer an avrg of 6-8 hours a day, and I get headaches all the time...hence switching to LCD. I was looking at the LG L1720B just now, it sells for 379CAN here, what do you guys think of that?
