I've heard very good things about Samsung and Seagate drives as far as quiet operation. I was set to order a 120GB SATA Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 but by the time I was ready to order, newegg no longer had them listed and still doesn't. So do you think that this drive (Samsung SP1213C SATA) is a sufficient replacement? It sure is cheaper than the Seagate alternatives, though with only 3 years warranty, as opposed to 5. Thanks!
