A coworker's dog.

I seriously think this dog could kill me, if I pissed it off enough.

He has a special home-made harness, made of chain, covered with garden hose (so it doesn't cut him), because he has broken every other chain they put on his neck. He said, one time, the dog knocked itself out, because it was lunging to hard with a normal chain, that is cut off his air supply for too long, and he passed out. LOL!

It's a galvenized steel cable, covered in rubber. (so he says) I think it's one of those laundry line cables, or something.
