I don't know of a single gamer who doesn't enable anti-aliasing

haha, then you don't know very many gamers! I'd venture to say that most computer game players never even heard of anti-aliasing. Obviously you know some hard-core gamers not the typical ones that would have no clue what that is.

Ah Crap, you mean to tell me doom 3 won't run well (or at all) on a 4200?
<cryfit>
Looks like I'm going to need to upgrade the vid card when it comes out, heh.

i bought the 350W smartblue antec a couple weeks ago. can i go in with my receipt and ask for a refund of the price difference?

If it is in within 2 weeks for Compusa, or 30 days for Circuit City, you can take in your receipt and they will give you the difference back.....

Doom3 doesn't use DX9 at all, it's an OpenGL game. Furthermore, as long as you have a GF1, the game will run but how well is an issue. I would think that a Ti4200 would meet the 30fps requirement but that's pure conjecture. If you want a videocard just for Doom3, then you should wait until Doom3 is out. Happy waiting![]()

How is CompUsa with rebates? I've seen a couple of people post saying that they take forever.
