Now, the only difference between the CT1702T and the CT1700 is "basically" the TV Tuner, so if you don't want the TV Tuner -and you want to save some money- the CT1700 is the trick. What a kick monitor, and a good price. Check the specs.

PS. The specs at J&R are wrong they say only 400:1 contrast ratio! It IS 500:1 (typically)

chk out this thread - $40 more for the CT1702T (which has DVI)

Yeah guys, great posts. Looks like the extra $40 is worth the TV Tuner and the DVI, the CT1702 is probably the one to go with.

The Cornea MP704B 17" at $319.99 (amazon) although IS a good price. Yeah from what I hear these monitors are awesome looking. I have never seen one in person myself.

I want one now.

I nabbed the MP704 from Fry's a couple of months ago for $218 AR. Its my first LCD and I've been extremely happy with it. I never really game, but I do watch TV through it and it has a great picture for me....
