I have been getting the stuff together to put a computer in my car for a while. It is based on a P2 233, voodoo 3 3000, and 6.4 inch lcd screen. Just have to figure out how I need to design my box to mount all of it in and it still fit on the front center of the car floor, where there is often a console. I have a bench seat in my 75 monte carlo so it can't go between the seats...

Buy yeah, this has been around for a while, and I can remember drooling over them a few years back and figuring I would never have one, but that is also what I said about my Tbird 1.4 computer.....

Though, that is a nice looking car computer setup.
 
I had a computer in my Corolla today.... my Toshiba Portege... of course it's not in my car anymore since I'm using it right now in my Apt. 🙁
I noticed that the first car w/ the comp had a roll cage... hehehe... high speed rally racing while using Yahoo maps!!
 
I suppose the easyest way to put some sort of computer is a laptop or Even an hacked I-Opener...about 200 bux and u got mabey a 233mhz 10in lcd computer....btw, i was lookin at eio they usedto have 5in lcd for 99 i think..that is a steal!
