A complex networking question (IP's)

This is what it looks like:

I have a broadband Internet(modem). I have a server(X) and 1 PC which i share for internet (Y).

Shared PC Y loads Internet automatically(winXP) but i have to provide it with the DNS server IP.

Server Y get the official IP from the broadband.

Now.. my Shared PC is kickass and i want to play network games through it.

However, alot of games require a Direct IP connect. My friend also on broadband cannot connect to my shared PC because he can only detect my server(X)

My Shared PC gets the IP i give to. So is there any device or software through which i can share the main server IP with my Shared PC to enable me playing network games 1 on 1.

In short, Can 2 PC's somehow share the same IP.

You must have got the idea.. i want to play network game(like Zero Hour) with my friend who is also on broadband. Except that i dont want to play it through my server rather through my shared PC. HE NATURALLY CANNOT DETECT MY SHARED PC... any solutions??
