A-Bit NV7-133R Mobo Probs

Hey! I am ahving serrriouse touble with my A-Bit motherboard... When i boot up it makes 3 beeping noises... one long then 2 short when this happens the system doesnt post... it only does this 1/2 of the time i try to start the computer however... also when the computer DOES start up i checked the voltages and all of thema re fine except the CPU (its an Athlon XP2100+) only had a core voltage of 1.35 or so... im not sure if this is right but i thinkits supposed to be 3.5... also it says i have 0 I/O Voltage... Should i just RMA this thing (i juist bought it) or is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

I fixed the I/O voltage problem... i just switched PSU's to a more powerful one... but i dont know if i fixed the beeping yet... also if anyone could ifnd out what these beeps mean i would appreciate it alot! thanks!
