How can I get a 7447 chip in digiworks to do a 2's compelment?
I have a circuit that adds/subtracts 2 four bit numbers, with a switch that switches between adder and subtractor, the circuit works but how can i get the 7447 to do a 2's complement. Thanks for any help on this, it has been driving me nuts.
