__________Best picture quality TV card?__________

I'm using a PVR-150MCE card along with BeyondTV 4.? connected to an analog cable system.
The color saturation seems to be heavy on the reds.

My Question: Is the ATI TV Wonder 650 better at picture quality than the 150, or is there a better card?
By "better", I don't mean the cheapest I can buy. I'm using BeyondTV, so software bundled with a card makes no difference to me.

The 650 chip is generally thought to have the best picture quality, yes.

I've read reviews that say it's good. I figured with all the PVRing that goes on around here, someone would have used both at some time or another.
