I'm simply trying to record TV programs with my 9800 AIW.
It worked great first time out of the blocks. The image quality is top notch.
But now it seems buggy as Fear Factor.
Buggy = Not recording, pop-up error/close messages.

Yes, I've updated the drivers and apps.

What card or USB device is the best as far as image quality and ease of use?

The ATI drivers are a pain. You have to make sure that you clean out all the old drivers and then install in the correct order. I'm using an ATI Radeon AIW from years ago and it works fine after I did things correctly.

I also have an ATI HDTV Wonder and it's great reception and image quality. I miss the tv guide plus program that the AIW has, but I can live without it.
