Question 9pin USB header

just built a rig with a Asus Maximums Hero MB.
It has 1 9 pin USB header
I have a AIO and fan controller that
Connect to Sata and they have USB plugs
I also have a PCIe wifi / bluetooth with a USB plug.
I believe all the devices are using the USB for communicating / Data

So would it be acceptable to use one of these?

I think that you could, that's just an internal USB hub (or a pair of them, not sure).
