I searched for it on Staples site and it didn't pull up anything. Are you sure they have it there?

Nice price, but if you don't want the hassle of a PM and a coupon, order from these guys for $139.90 shipped. See this thread. I just ordered these. Came double boxed in original Logitech shipping box.

Should be a good deal if the PM works...

Concidentally, I already ordered a set of Z560s a week ago from 2buystore ($140 shipped :D ). It's coming in today... I never had a set of surround sound speakers, so it's going to be interesting...

89$ if you use a 50 0ff 200!!! YMMV and a PM at EMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

203.49-140=63.49
69.84*1.1=69.84
203.49-69.84=133.65
133.65-50=83.65+tax!!!!!

i do not know if you can use the 50 off 200 however!!! but you could atleast use 20 off 100 and get 110 total!

These speakers are sweet !
I have just managed to mod 2 sets of these speakers into 1 working set. I did this by using the popular Hercules GTXP.
If you are interested in modding, PM me.

hmmm, i think this is the old "Ingram-Micro" scam. staples per se does not sell this item, but they use Ingram-Micro as a distributor for many of their special order items. Ingram-Micro also handles Buy.com and several other companies (if you ever get something with return address in Fullerton, CA, chances are it was Ingram-Micro). Staples is lazy and uses Ingram-Micro SKUs as their own in some cases--so you order anything Ingram-Micro stores in warehouse via Staples and their price-match and coupons, and it will register in their computers as OK. not via website, but this will work by phone. old news, didn't know people still did it.

Thanks nourdmrolNMT1! I just ordered these speakers from Staples for $133.85 including tax and shipping.

Long process, but I think it's worth it -

1. Call staples (1-800-STAPLES) and mention the special order # for these speakers (IM-139-5106).

2. CSR will say that these speakers cost $203.49.

3. Ask them to price match with EMSComputing (They will ask you the URL etc., so you should tell them the steps to get there).

4. EMS price = $125 + 15 ground shipping = $140 + tax.

5. CSR will say that they ship overnight and if you add EMS Computing overnight shipping price ($100 or something), EMS price
comes to $240.

6. You say that since this item is special order in staples, shipping will take 3-5 days, hence they should compare
ground shipping cost ($15). So they should price match to $140.

7. CSR will say that s/he has to speak to manager. They will give you customer#, order # and ask you to call back tomorrow.

8. You call back tomorrow and you will get a new CSR. Ask them what happened to your order. CSR says that your order total is $144.68 (including shipping and tax for CA)

9. New CSR says that they are ready to ship, asks for your credit card #.

10. You now mention to the CSR that you have a $10 of $100 coupon (search the net for this). CSR says "one minute", adjusts your total, which now comes to $133.85. You say OK.

11. CSR says "have a nice day"

12. You say "you too"

[Notes:

1. You cannot use the $20 of $100 coupon avlbl on the net because it is a single use coupon. CSR will say the the coupon has already been used.

2. You cannot use the mythical $50 of $200 coupon because (a) it doesn't exist, and (b) You have already price matched to $140 (which is less that $200)

]

Edit (8/23)
-------------
I may be wrong about the $50 off $200. It does seem to exist. Thanks RDMustang1.

Just tried to do this and the CSR claimed that they have to add insurance to the shipping which would make the total $109 just for shipping. He said that they check the insurance rates for these companies.

This is amazing -- almost seems like a lie.

Funny, I've used the $50 off $200 three times now.. I guess the CSRs are just impressed with my voice and decide to use a $50 coupon for fun :)

Anyway, what you could do is add $70 worth of stuff and use the $50 off $200 coupon instead of the $10 off $100. So basically $70 of stuff for $20...

MWave charges $30 for ground shipping.

Staples says that they need to include shipping cost for price match (I dunno if this is only my experience or if they always say that). So MWave total works out to ~ $160. EMS Computing is better at ~ $140.
