bentwookie, I'd like to some back because like you posted, there is so much to see and learn, besides the afterlife is supposed to be eternal, so it can wait 🙂
 
The thought of being reincarnated and given a second(or more) lifetime to live as a reward for kindness and generosity in a previous life is very comforting to me.
