I've been shocked... I've shocked people... (Ah the joys of Band Camp 😛) If the person grabs you, no, you don't get shocked.
 
If I am worried enough or feel threatened enough to use a stun gun on someone, they're getting a bullet in the head.
 
I knew a girl who did. She shocked someone. Imangine here.. A 100 pound 19 year old female TASERing a 200+ male multiple times while he attempts to run away from stealing her car. Hahaha... it made me laugh when I saw the guy she TASERed... he was 2+ times her size.
 
i would. once i find out the person(s) who let his/her dog crap in our yard. shoot him/her at the back of his/her head and pray i fry his brain, if there's any.:|
 
My college Judo teacher has a stun gun. If you miss class X times (I forget what X is) you can trade all your absences for letting him shock you once. He says a couple guys have let him do it. :Q
