...users registered to the Anandtech Forums! Wow...I haven't looked at that number in awhile...last time I did, it was down by 90K or so.

Probably 3/4's of those "registered" are dead and buried already...but wow, what a milestone 100K will be! :D

Yes, but how can it really count when an uncounted number of those users and dead/inactive accounts?

yeah I remember when it's around 50,000 too... man, the number of members almost doubled in just 1 yr... that's pretty amazing...

I had a bot register 800 user names for me so that probably added a little to the total.

I remember the 50,000 mark too, but i know that there was at least two maybe three handles that claimed to be the real one and IIRC (which i probably don't) none of them were actually it.
