~$99-$170 to buy a Grill...Which One?

I've got $200 in Lowe's gift cards (wedding shower) and we need a grill for our new home.

I would prefer a gas grill and one w/ legs (not a tabletop job). It only needs to be big enough to feed 2-4 folks (like 2-4 steaks, for example) and most important is the quality of the grill itself. I don't want one that is gonna rust/fall apart in a year.

Is Lowe's having any kind of in-store specials or promotions over this 4th of July weekend? I thought I saw a commercial last night stating a free tank of propane with a grill purchase but I can't recall.

Links/suggestions welcome from Lowes.com!

I just got a Weber One-Touch Gold which is an awesome grill. But it is charcoal.

I've had very good luck with all the Weber grills that I've owned, so I would recommend looking at Weber even though I haven't used their Gas grills.

I just got that Weber grill and it's an AWESOME grill. I love it.

i just like my generic cheap charcoal grill. serves me well. you really dont need any of that fancy stuff, its all about knowing how to grill, not, having an expensive grill.

i been thinking of getting one of those myself. its a toss up between a better webber (such as the perfomer) or a "Professional Dual Zone" I seen one at a nice BBQ store for $399 that i liked.

100% correct.

though i have used $9.99 grills and do not like them. just do not get that even cooking. right now i have a few Webber silver series grills and love them.

Since we grill out a lot (at least 2-4 times a week even in snow!) i want something nice to grill on. Even though i really do not need it.

I scored a Weber one touch gold for $50 at walmart one time because the f'ed up the price sticker on there. They tried to say it was incorrect and I had to pay the difference AFTER I was rung up. I just laughed and wheeled my ill gotten booty right out of lawn and garden.

That thing has lasted me four years so far, out in the elements too.

I bought a $30 walmart charcoal special a year ago, I have been told that my steaks taste better than Ruths Chris Steakhouse.

Your grill doesn't make you a good cook, your cooking skill does.
