The shipping alone on my Valentine's present to Taiwan was $50.00 smackers. I'm sure if you goto the 99 cents section for your local Hallmark you find a decent card or do what the kids do and get those boxes full of those Valentine's cards for under $5.00.

Its only once a year, you can spare the cash.
