Basically it has this weird noise and when I watch it, it looks as though it is slowing down. I'm afraid this will eventually lead to my card overheating. How can I fix this? Should I RMA it?
 
What kind of lubricant can I use on the fan itself?

It is still making noise even though I sprayed it with that compressed air.
