9800XT cooling question

Basically it has this weird noise and when I watch it, it looks as though it is slowing down. I'm afraid this will eventually lead to my card overheating. How can I fix this? Should I RMA it?

I suggest a spot of lubricating oil on the fan, if that doesn't work RMA it.

What kind of lubricant can I use on the fan itself?

It is still making noise even though I sprayed it with that compressed air.

bah, anything will do, just take off the fan and lube it up.
