Cheers folks, just after some quick advice on that...in perth WA so i have a limted choice of cards...so don't tell me to an x800GT or a 600GT or a 6800NU etc 😉 (i know the peeps in video too well 🙂)

it'll be a 128bit 256mb card...as i said choices are very limted, and they are both the same price...

I honestly have no idea... however I own a Powercolor 9600xt (128mb) and it fares fairly well in modern games... 1024x768 with medium to high settings. Not the greatest though.

I live in Australia too, and get frustrated sometimes at the lack of choices... have you tried http://www.staticice.com.au/index.html? Should be able to get a wide range of prices and products.

Besides, shipping ($) can't be too bad from NSW...

😛\/\/\/\/beaten on staticice

I am from WA perth how is our options limited ? ? ? ?

auspcmarket.com.au ship FREE
ebay.com.au is great but staticice.com.au is better.

Basically it is $180 or so for either 9600xt or a 9800se

a 9600xt = a 9800se benchmarks there is NOTHING literally NOTHING between them

Have you thought about ? - This is from a WA company
