GTX260 -- similar performance to a 4870, much less heat produced, better drivers, and the core overclocks like mad

I went from the 9800GX2 to the GTX260 and I couldn't be happier. No SLI issues, the performance is not all over the place in games, great in some and bad in others. There are no real gameplay scenarios where I miss my 9800GX2

I couldn't figure out which card to get either the 4870 1gb or the gtx 260...

Finally fell back on nVidia because of the warranty. I got another EVGA, I did buy it on Ebay so I could get cashback and talk myself into the core 216.
