9800 problems need help

guys a friend of mine has this problem with his 9800 pro
at the smart gart tab he cant set his agp speed..... it is defaulted to off
and fast write the same
he has the new catalyst drivers installed thats the 4.1

and he has a asus p4c800 delux intel 875P chipset

Does he have an option in the BIOS to change the AGP speed?
