9800 pro question

I have a BBA 9800 pro 128mb. When I turn on my PC I don't get a screen with the video card info. Is there supposed to be one or do new cards not do this anymore?

I've seen some display it, some dont. It just depends.
 
Is there something that can be done to have it display this info, either with the motherboard or the card itself?
 
My 9800pro AIW doesn't do it. Now that I think about it I don't know that my previous ATI cards did it either. I think all the NVidia cards I have had did though. Anywaysm whats it matter? Its just one more thing to see before you can start using your comp.
