9800 Pro issue

So I'm replacing my GF3 with a 9800 Pro but I can't seem to boot with it in my system. I'm plugging the 3pin power cable into my 420w PSU so I don't think that's the issue. I'm using this on an Asus P4S333 which only supports AGP 4x. Also, this board has a talking BIOS feature that tells you what failed and it seems to think the CPU isn't working. I'm back on my GF3 again and it's just fine but it sucks to have a nice new card that doesn't work worth. Any help is appreciated.

try updateing your bios, i know asus had some old versions that did not like agpx8 cards. also, after you power on you might try hitting reset a few times, my abit board was pick like that.

I've got the latest BIOS installed.. I don't know if Asus has any beta BIOSs for this board though. I'll try the reset thing, I guess.
