9800 Pro, is it dying ?

My vid card just recently started showing display corruption in desktop. This also appears in games as well but flashes and disappears at times.

Here's a pic (hopefully you can see what I'm talking about):

At the top of the screen are a few rows that appear and stay. They almost look like the contacts on the graphics card how they are spaced and displayed.

The fan still works on the card so I don't think it's an overheating issue.

I also tried an old AGP Geforce 2MX I had laying around and there are no issues when I put that in.

Is my card dying ? Possible AGP port issue on my MB ?

I already used canned air to clean out the AGP, cleaned the card contacts and reseated. Still the same issue.

Anyone have any thoughts on what I might try to correct this?

PS: if anyone has a copy of a 9800 vid card receipt that shows still under warranty I'd be much appreciated. I can't find mine and even though I've given the serial # and know the card is under warranty they insist on the receipt before they'll RMA 🙁

The pic is too small - nothing visible.

If the other card works OK, then the AGP slot is fine. The problem is the 9800 Pro. Are you o'cing?
