9800 Pro, is it dying ?

My vid card just recently started showing display corruption in desktop. This also appears in games as well but flashes and disappears at times.

Here's a pic (hopefully you can see what I'm talking about):

At the top of the screen are a few rows that appear and stay. They almost look like the contacts on the graphics card how they are spaced and displayed.

The fan still works on the card so I don't think it's an overheating issue.

I also tried an old AGP Geforce 2MX I had laying around and there are no issues when I put that in.

Is my card dying ? Possible AGP port issue on my MB ?

I already used canned air to clean out the AGP, cleaned the card contacts and reseated. Still the same issue.

Anyone have any thoughts on what I might try to correct this?

PS: if anyone has a copy of a 9800 vid card receipt that shows still under warranty I'd be much appreciated. I can't find mine and even though I've given the serial # and know the card is under warranty they insist on the receipt before they'll RMA

If the other card works OK, then the AGP slot is fine. The problem is the 9800 Pro. Are you o'cing?

I'm not and haven't OC'ed the vid card.

I'll get a better pic up to show the issue.

check the fan it might be over heating.
