ive looked and looked, and finally i have to come to a decision between two brands....

powercolor or sapphire???

Sapphire easy. Newegg has them for $212 and they make most of ATI's branded cards anyways. power color is okay but I I would def go with Sapphire.
 
If you have one near you I would go with the CompUSA deal. You can get a built by ATI (whoever that actually is, lol) for $199 after rebate. That gets you a warrenty three times as long. Which I think would be worth it. Its cheaper too (though tax may make it close).
 
Powercolor's clocks are lower. go with Sapphire, definitely - more power.

and Alptraum - "built by ATi" means ATi actually oversaw the building and production of those cards. Only recently did they actually outsource production to other companies like Sapphire and ASUS and such.
