Thanks a lot, SpeedEng66, I'm going to use that diagnostic on my Chrysler to see if it can tell me anything 🙂

what model/ year?
and whats the problem

I can get some charts thats for your car 😉

04 Sebring sedan, on really hot days the air blows cold (not ice cold, but cold), but then will warm up for a few seconds, then cold again for a minute, then not so cold, etc. Fan also doesn't work on 1, but I'm pretty sure that's just the resistor and that's not a big enough deal for me to fuss with 😛

nah what you have to do is a a/c recovery (recycle the r134 vacume the lines and then charge it up)

the reason why it gets cold thne not so cold is cause the ac clutch is engaged then cuts out (which is normal) but old refrigrant will make the ac not up to par 😉

This problem just happened to me in my 2002 stratus. The heat here in phoenix is killing my car slowly, my blower motor only worked on high and off because my resistor had blown out. 35 bucks at the dealership and I got it replaced by myself.
