This SSD is on the extreme side of slow. Totally worth the $30 to get the Reactor instead.

^ thanks, the AT review makes it look like a nice drive. 51 year lifespan at 20 GB/day writes, and 400 MB write speed for the first 8 GB of writes. It only get slow once you exceed that, which will only happen when installing a new game. And only for the writes, not reads.

Received mine - it feels faster than the Samsung 830 that I had before. I think the same drive was on sale at NewEgg for a little cheaper, but I'm still happy with this deal. Don't worry about speed - this drive is plenty fast in real world usage.

You might be able to get this for around $177 from newegg with visa checkout. You have to add a filler to get the total to $200 and then use coupon code VCOBF15 for $25 off $200 with visa checkout.
