9600XT on a Shuttle AK32VN?

I sold someone one a 9600XT and they have a Shuttle AK32VN. The board supports AGP 4x and the card supports 8x and 4x so I was pretty sure it would work just fine. The card was tested and properly packaged so I am 99% sure the card itself is functional, it's just a matter of getting it working on their board. I am not there to see their setup but I thought I'd make a post about it now becuase they have to go out in a bit and I'd like to see this resolved as soon as possible. So anyway, does anyone have any experience with a combo like this? I googled and didn't find very much and it was a hassle alone just to find information on the mottherboard.
 
Err. I guess I didn't post the problems. It's not working. It gets no display output but the fan spins up.
